Designed for versatile back training in demanding environments, the Body-Solid Pro ClubLine SLM300G Lat & Mid Row Machine delivers smooth transitions between lat pulldown and seated row movements without cable changes. With overhead pulley positioning, extended grip options, and commercial-grade construction, it supports effective back and shoulder isolation while maximizing training efficiency.

The overhead high pulley design positions the pulley directly above the user to promote a natural movement path for lat pulldowns, while the integrated low row station makes it easy to switch immediately to seated row exercises. Its extra-long pulldown bar supports wide, medium, and narrow grip positions, allowing users to vary training emphasis and target different areas of the back.

Supportive DuraFirm™ padding, adjustable leg hold-down pads, and a heavy-duty steel frame further enhance comfort and stability throughout each exercise. Built for smooth, dependable performance through repeated use, the SLM300G combines two essential back-training movements in one durable, space-efficient machine.
