Ab Wheels
Ab wheels are simple yet effective exercise tools used to strengthen the core muscles. They consist of a small wheel with a rod or handles running through the center, allowing it to roll forward and backward.
To use an ab wheel, you typically kneel on the floor and grip the handles, roll the wheel forward to extend your body while keeping your core tight, and then roll it back to the starting position using controlled movements.
Parallettes
Parallettes are small, portable gymnastic-style bars used for bodyweight exercises, primarily to improve strength, stability, and flexibility. They are typically used for exercises like push-ups, dips, handstands, and other calisthenics movements. The bars are raised off the ground, usually about 6-12 inches, which allows for deeper range of motion and better wrist positioning compared to doing exercises on the floor.
Pull-Up Bars & Dip Stations
Pull-Up Bars:
Pull-up bars are gym equipment designed for performing pull-ups and chin-ups. They feature a horizontal bar (sometimes with multiple grip angles) that allows users to grip and lift their body weight. These exercises target various upper body muscles, including the back and biceps. Pull-up bars can be mounted on walls, ceilings, or integrated into multi-functional workout stations.
Dip Stations:
Dip stations are gym equipment designed for performing dips, a bodyweight exercise that engages the triceps, chest, and shoulders. The station typically includes parallel bars for users to grip and lower their body.
