Collection: Benches

Types of Benches

Weight Benches

Flat Bench:

A simple, flat surface without adjustments. Suitable for exercises like bench presses, dumbbell flys, and tricep dips.

Adjustable FID Bench:

Features an adjustable backrest that can be set to flat, incline, or decline positions. Suitable for exercises targeting various muscle angles.

Utility Bench:

A seated bench with a 90-degree position, designed for various seated or support-based exercises.

Olympic Benches

Olympic benches feature integrated barbell racks, allowing the user to rack and unrack the barbell with ease.

Preacher Curl Benches

Designed for performing preacher curls, a bicep exercise that isolates the upper arm muscles. The equipment features a preacher pad, which supports the arms during the exercise, reducing momentum or swinging and allowing for focused muscle engagement.

Ab Benches

Ab benches are designed to target and strengthen the abdominal muscles. They provide support and stability during core exercises, often featuring an adjustable decline for varying intensity. Padded surfaces help reduce strain on the lower back and tailbone, while leg anchors secure the legs for stability during exercises like crunches, sit-ups, or leg raises.

Back Extension Benches

Hyperextension Bench:

Users lie face down on a bench with their legs secured, performing back extensions by bending and extending the torso.

Roman Chair:

Users typically face down with their hips on a padded support and legs secured, performing back extensions by hinging at the waist.

Glute Hamstring Developer (GHD):

Users position themselves face down with their feet secured and thighs against a curved support. By hinging at the waist and raising the upper body, GHDs target the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back muscles.
