Engineered for flexibility and performance, the York Barbell STS Multi-Function Bench offers a highly adjustable design that adapts to your training needs. Whether used on its own or locked into an STS Rack, it provides a stable and secure platform for a wide range of exercises.

The STS Multi-Function Bench is perfect for dumbbell and barbell exercises such as dumbbell presses, flys, barbell bench presses, incline dumbbell curls and overhead presses.

It's built with 11-gauge, 2" x 3" and 3" x 3" structural steel tubing, and finished with a scratch-resistant powder coating. The feet of the bench also have rubber floor contacts. This durable construction means it will fit into a variety of gym environments from home setups to high-traffic commercial facilities.

Thoughtful features like multiple incline positions, mobility enhancements, and added safety elements make it a dependable choice for any strength training setup.

Features

• 6-Position Depth Adjustor: Allows the bench to slide forward or backward using UHMW bushing blocks on a chrome-plated steel guide rod, enabling adjustment for individual torso length without disengaging the bench from the rack.

• Bench Back/Seat Adjustments: Offers 0, 30, 40, 65, and 90 degrees of inclination for various exercises.

• Design: Designed to lock into a variety of compatible STS Racks, or can be used as a standalone dumbbell bench.

• Passive Lock Feature: The bench can lock into the Bench Stringer of the STS Racks for maximum stability.

• Diamond Plate Spotting Platforms: Standard feature allows for a spotter to assist while lifting.

• Bench Mobility: Equipped with two impact-resistant rubber wheels with self-lubricating bearings and foam grip handles.

In order to be attached to any of these racks, the STS Bench Stringer (54008) must be used.
