BenchK Series 1 Wall Bars are made entirely of solid beech wood with a Scandinavian design. They are hand oiled with two layers of organic oil that is approved for contact with food.

Choose between the Series 1 Wall Bars alone which are great for stretching and other exercises when used with bands or straps, or a model that comes with additional equipment like an adjustable wooden pull-up bar, a benchtop which is placed on top of the pull-up bar serving as a functional desk, and gymnastic accessories. These models can provide a work or exercise station for adults or a play area for children.

Series 1 can be used by all family members, promoting physical activity within the home while requiring only 5.38 ft² of space.

Best suited for lower ceilings.
