How to Submit a Purchase Order

Please email your PO to:

To ensure fast and accurate processing, please include the following:

Purchase Order Information

• PO Number
• Billing Address (Bill To)
• Shipping Address (Ship To)

Contact Information

• Primary contact name
• Phone number (for delivery scheduling)
• Email for order confirmation & tracking updates
• Accounts payable email (for invoice processing), if different

Product Details

• Product names
• Quantities
• Any options (color, size, configuration)
• Prices

Special Delivery Instructions

• Dock access
• Liftgate requirements
• Limited receiving hours
• Appointment scheduling needs

Note: Please submit your PO on your organization’s official letterhead or as an export from your procurement system.

After we receive your PO, we'll verify product availability and return an invoice for payment or approval.

Payment & Terms

We offer flexible and secure payment options for bulk and PO orders.

Accepted Payment Methods

• ACH / Bank Transfer (preferred)
• Major credit cards
• Check payments — available on a case-by-case basis for approved institutions

Payment Terms

Most bulk orders are processed on a prepayment basis.
Limited Net terms (such as Net 15 or Net 30) may be available for:

• Schools
• Government agencies
• Large, established organizations
