Collection: Chest & Shoulder Machines

Chest and shoulder machines are strength-training equipment designed to target and develop the muscles in the chest, shoulders, and often the triceps. These machines provide guided, controlled movements that help users isolate specific muscle groups.

Chest Machines

Chest machines primarily focus on the pectoralis major and minor muscles, which are the main muscles of the chest. They may also engage the triceps and shoulders to a lesser extent.

Flat Chest Press Machine:

  • Simulates the motion of a bench press.
  • Targets the pectoral muscles, triceps, and anterior deltoids (front shoulder muscles).

Incline Chest Press Machine:

  • Mimics an incline bench press.
  • Targets the upper part of the pectorals and shoulders.

Decline Chest Press Machine:

  • Mimics a decline bench press.
  • Targets the lower part of the pectorals and shoulders.

Pec Deck Machine:

  • Designed for chest fly movements.
  • Focuses on the inner chest and pectoral muscle definition.

Cable Crossover:

  • Adjustable cables are used for fly or pressing movements.
  • They support a variety of exercises, targeting multiple muscle groups.
  • The design allows for a wide range of motion and helps work the chest from different angles.

Shoulder Machines

Shoulder machines focus on the deltoid muscles and sometimes engage the trapezius and rotator cuff muscles.

Shoulder Press Machine:

  • Simulates an overhead press.
  • Targets the deltoid muscles and engages the triceps.

Lateral Raise Machine:

  • Focuses on the lateral (side) deltoids.
  • Helps improve shoulder width and definition.

Rear Delt Fly Machine:

  • Targets the rear deltoids and upper back muscles.
  • Often combined with pec deck machines by adjusting the arms or seat position.
