BenchK Series 5 Wall Bars have the option for not only wall mounting like series 1, 2, and 7, but can also be mounted from the floor to the ceiling without the need to drill in the wall. Also, top rung is not vertically in line with the other rungs. It’s positioned 8 cm forward which offers more alternatives for hanging exercises. 

These wall bars are made from solid beech wood and steel, and are hand oiled with two layers of organic oil which has been approved for contact with food. With Series 5, you can do mobility work and various stretches with or without the use of bands, or can attach straps for more exercise options. You can also opt for a model that comes with additional equipment such as a dip bar and workout bench.

Series 5 can provide opportunities for physical activity within the home for all family members—from stretching, pull-ups, and dips to full barbell and dumbbell workouts.
