The Intek Strength Modular Functional Bar is a heavy-duty open-ended trap bar designed to support a wide variety of strength training exercises. It is ideal for deadlifts, lunges, single-leg RDLs, farmer carries, yoke carries, overhead presses, safety squat bar simulation, and more.

Its open-ended design provides additional versatility and easier entry and exit during exercises, while still fitting inside standard-size racks for convenient setup. The Modular Functional Bar also features two raised 4" handles with a 1.25" diameter and knurled surface to provide a solid, secure grip throughout each lift.
