The Body-Solid G5B Multi-Station Gym is a selectorized multi-gym designed to deliver comprehensive upper- and lower-body strength training within a compact footprint. Featuring a no-cable-change design and a 210 lb weight stack, the G5B allows users to move efficiently between pressing, pulling, rowing, and leg exercises without changing cable positions.

The G5B combines a multi-grip press arm, Perfect Pec™ station, high, mid, and low pulley stations, and an integrated leg developer into one versatile system. Smooth cable operation, biomechanically accurate movement patterns, and adjustable seating help support everything from chest presses and flys to lat pulldowns, rows, curls, leg extensions, and leg curls.

Training Stations

• Multi-Grip Press Arm: Supports chest presses, incline presses, shoulder presses, and chest-supported rows. Multi-grip handles are designed to promote varied hand positioning and effective upper-body training

• Perfect Pec™ Station: Features swivel arms and a dual-cam design to support unilateral and bilateral pec fly and rear delt movements with a deep stretch and natural range of motion

• High Pulley Station: Supports lat pulldowns, triceps pressdowns, and other upper-body cable exercises

• Mid Pulley Station: Supports ab crunches, triceps extensions, lateral flys, and additional mid-level cable exercises

• Low Pulley Station: Supports biceps curls, seated rows, upright rows, lateral raises, leg adduction and abduction, and other low cable movements

• Leg Developer: Designed for leg extensions and leg curls. Integrated cam maintains more consistent resistance throughout the range of motion, while self-aligning leg extension cuffs automatically adjust during movement
