With a direct-link movement system, stabilizing contact points, and thoughtful ergonomics, the LVLC promotes smooth, controlled leg curl motion while helping users maintain proper body alignment throughout each repetition. The V-bench design supports effective hamstring isolation while helping reduce unnecessary stress on the back and knees, and the adjustable foot rollers make it easy to achieve proper positioning for users of different sizes.
