The polished chrome adjustable cable columns and swiveling pulleys allow for smooth movement and quick adjustments, making it easy to perform a variety of upper-body and core exercises.

With dual 200 lb selectorized weight stacks, each side can be adjusted independently to suit different movements or users. The integrated chin-up bar with a pronated grip position adds even more training variety. Built from 11-gauge steel tubing, the STS Cable Crossover also features a scratch-resistant electrostatic powder-coat finish, 4,200 lb tensile strength aircraft-quality cable, and rubber feet for stability and floor protection.
