The Body-Solid GPRDH Dip Handles expand the exercise capabilities of compatible Body-Solid racks by adding a stable station for bodyweight dip training. Mounted to the inside of the rack, these handles provide a secure platform for dips without taking up additional floor space or changing the rack’s overall footprint.
Their integrated design makes it easy to add upper-body pressing and triceps-focused exercises while keeping the rack compact and efficient.
