The Body-Solid PPRBP Band Peg Attachment adds band-resisted training capability to the compatible Body-Solid racks. This pair of band pegs allows users to incorporate resistance bands into barbell exercises, creating increasing tension throughout the movement for a different training stimulus.
Ideal for exercises such as squats, bench presses, and other rack-based lifts, the PPRBP can be used with lifting bands including Body-Solid Tools BSTB bands.
