The Body-Solid Safety Straps are designed to provide added protection and confidence during heavy barbell training on the GPR400 Power Rack. Suitable for exercises such as bench presses, squats, deadlifts, rack pulls, and barbell rows, these straps create a secure catching point while helping protect both the user and the barbell.

Unlike traditional steel safeties, the reinforced nylon straps help absorb the force of dropped weight, reducing impact and creating a more stable, forgiving support surface. The straps also help preserve the finish of Olympic barbells by preventing metal-to-metal contact.

The safety straps can be positioned evenly for standard rack exercises or set at different front-to-back heights to better accommodate specific movements. A 3/4" pull-pin adjustment system allows for quick changes between positions.
