The Body-Solid SPRCUA Multi-Chin Cross Member adds greater pull-up and chin-up variety to the compatible Body-Solid power racks. Designed to mount within the center of the rack, it expands training options without increasing the overall footprint or requiring additional space around the unit.

Featuring multiple grip positions, the SPRCUA allows users to emphasize different areas of the upper body and create more varied pull-up and chin-up movements. The different hand positions help support targeted training for the back, arms, shoulders, grip, and core.

Each handle is finished with a textured, non-slip coating to provide a secure and comfortable grip throughout every workout.
