The Body-Solid Pro ClubLine SPRLFT Monolift Attachment is designed to make heavy squats and bench presses safer and more efficient on compatible Body-Solid racks. By positioning the bar closer to the user and automatically moving the hooks out of the way during the lift, it eliminates the need to walk a heavy barbell out for squats and helps prevent contact with traditional J-cups during bench presses.

This design is especially useful for near-maximal and maximal lifts, providing added confidence and stability when training with heavier weight. The SPRLFT mounts directly to compatible rack uprights using a J-hook-style connection, making installation quick and straightforward.
