The Body-Solid GAP3 Aluminum Pulley Upgrade Kit is designed specifically for the G3S home gym and replaces the factory nylon pulleys with precision-machined aluminum versions. This upgrade enhances both the look and feel of the machine, providing a more refined appearance along with smoother cable travel during workouts.

Constructed from solid aluminum, the pulleys are built for increased strength and long-term durability compared to standard nylon designs. Integrated sealed bearings help promote quieter, more fluid operation, allowing the cables to move more consistently through each repetition.

The kit is designed to replace all existing pulleys on the Body-Solid G3S unless otherwise noted. Depending on the machine configuration, the set may include both 3" and 4" pulleys. Each pulley features a 1" width and is intended for use with 3/8" mounting bolts.
