Featuring a 1:2 resistance ratio, it is built to provide smooth, consistent resistance through the entire movement while reducing unnecessary strain on the ankles. The pivoting press plate follows a natural path that moves both forward and downward, allowing users to target the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes with a comfortable, controlled motion.

Its oversized press plate offers plenty of room for different foot positions and is covered in a non-slip rubber surface for added stability during heavy sets. Side-mounted handles help keep the body secure throughout each repetition, while precision bearings promote smooth operation and long-term durability.
