York Barbell STS Seated Low Row
The York Barbell STS Seated Low Row is designed to target the mid-to-upper back muscles through controlled rowing movements. It features a selectorized weight stack which allows for easy resistance changes, making it simple to adjust the resistance between users or workouts. The large diamond-plate footplate helps provide a stable base during exercise, while the rubber-covered attachment rest keeps the handle within easy reach and helps protect the machine’s finish when not in use.
Built for commercial use, this unit combines strength, stability, and functionality, making it a reliable addition to any strength training facility. It is constructed from 11-gauge steel tubing and finished with a scratch-resistant electrostatic powder-coat for durability. The machine also utilizes a 4,200 lb tensile strength cable for heavy workouts, and its rubber feet help protect gym flooring while contributing to overall stability. It's available in silver, black, or white with either a 250 lb or 300 lb weight stack.
