Choose between the 275 lb or 325 lb set—each of which includes a range of York Barbell Rubber Training Bumper Plates (Color), a YORK® International Olympic Training Bar, and a pair of Olympic Spring Collars.

About the Plates:

The York Barbell Rubber Training Bumper Plates (Color) are versatile in their ability to be utilized for a variety of exercises, including Olympic lifts. These plates not only help reduce noise, they also help protect equipment and flooring. Each solid rubber bumper plate has a 2” reinforced center steel sleeve to allow easy bar loading and unloading. They also use distinct color coding for quick weight identification.

10 lb Plate: 17 ⁷⁄₁₆" diameter, 1" thick

25 lb Plate: 17 ¾" diameter, 2 ⅛” thick

35 lb Plate: 17 ¾” diameter, 2 ¾” thick

45 lb Plate: 17 ¾” diameter, 3 ½” thick

About the Bar:

The YORK® International Olympic Training Bar has a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 PSI after heat treating. North American steel is used in the making of the bar. It is an excellent choice for Olympic Style movements. Needle bearings ensure a smooth consistent rotation. The sleeve is secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin. Sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975” diameter to accommodate 2” Olympic Plates.
