BenchK 733W Wall Bars for Home Gym and Personal Studio
The BenchK 733W Wall Bars set includes the BenchK 700 Wall Bars, the PB3 convertible steel pull-up bar, the DB1 dip bar, and the B1 bench. Designed for strength training and bodyweight exercises, the dip bar, pull-up bar, and bench can be adjusted or removed as needed. Suitable for home, office, or fitness spaces.
Features
The PB3 pull-up bar can be flipped to function as a barbell rest with a maximum weight capacity of 441 lbs. The DB1 dip bar features elbow pads and a backrest. Both the DB1 dip bar and B1 bench are crafted with integral polyurethane, offering durability for a variety of exercises and easy-to-clean surfaces. The bench is suitable for barbell and dumbbell movements and core work. Resistance bands and straps can also be attached to the wall bars for additional exercise options.
Installation
An assembly kit is included. Please note that the wall mounting set is sold separately and should be selected based on the type of wall where the bars will be installed. Wall mounting is not suitable for plasterboard walls.
Installation on Wooden Stud Walls:
Use the BenchK WHW+S8.
Installation on Various Brick, Concrete, Stone Wall Types:
Use Fischer Expansion Plugs with BenchK Wall Bar Screws available in BenchK Wall Mounting Sets. Minimum required wall thickness is 4.72″ for this type of installation.
