The Body-Solid SFID425 Flat Incline Decline Bench is an adjustable bench designed for maximum versatility and durability. With independent back and seat adjustments, thick padding, and secure leg support, it provides a stable platform for pressing, core work, and a wide range of free-weight and rack-based exercises.

Designed for use with dumbbells, Smith machines, squat racks, and power racks, the SFID425 adapts easily to a variety of training setups. Multiple flat, incline, and decline positions allow it to support everything from bench presses and shoulder presses to sit-ups and other decline movements. Independent adjustment points and a wide, supportive design help maintain proper positioning throughout each exercise, while the heavy-duty construction is built for long-term durability.
