The Body-Solid Pro ClubLine Half Rack Lat Attachment SPRHLA expands the capabilities of compatible Pro ClubLine half racks by adding high and low pulley functionality for a wider variety of strength training exercises. Perform lat pulldowns, seated rows, biceps curls, shrugs, and more using the smooth pulley system with large-diameter sealed bearing pulleys and 2,200 lb tested nylon-coated aircraft-quality cables. The no-cable-change design allows for quick transitions between exercises, and both a lat bar and low row bar are included. The SPRHLA is available in either a plate-loaded configuration or can be upgraded with an optional 210 lb weight stack.
