The Body-Solid Pro ClubLine Jammer Arms SPRJAM add a wide variety of plate-loaded pressing and pulling exercises to the compatible SPR1000 Power Rack. Built from heavy-duty 3" × 3", 11-gauge steel with oversized hardware, these jammer arms are designed for commercial and athletic training environments. The 11" chrome-plated weight horns accommodate Olympic weight plates, while multiple grip positions provide added exercise variety. Rubber bumpers help protect the rack and reduce noise during use.
