Intek Strength Neutral Grip Bar

Intek Strength's Neutral Grip Bar features two sets of neutral grip handles plus one set of angled handles. The handles are raised 0.5" above the center line for enhanced stability during lifts. It also has an hourglass shape for clearance while performing overhead presses.

The Neutral Grip Bar has machined sleeves that fit standard collars, and the bar is fully welded with a black powder-coat finish. You can choose between the bar on its own or with optional range of motion limiting pads. These pads are made of foam and come in either 2" or 3" thicknesses.
