The Ropeflex Compact Dual-Position Rope Trainer RX2300 combines horizontal and vertical endless rope training in a single space-efficient machine. The unit can be tilted 90 degrees to switch between configurations, providing multiple training options for a functional, total-body workout. DSS progressive resistance automatically responds to pulling speed and intensity, providing resistance from approximately 10 to 200 lbs.
The RX2300 includes two large cushioned seats and supports horizontal pulling exercises while seated or lying prone. Its compact design and built-in transport wheels make it easy to reposition and store, while the dual-position configuration provides versatile rope training within a single machine.
