The Ropeflex Compact Horizontal Rope Trainer RX2200 combines endless rope training with a low-profile horizontal design that supports a variety of exercise positions. Users can train while standing, sitting, kneeling, or lying on the cushioned seat, providing flexibility for different movements and training routines. DSS progressive resistance automatically responds to pulling speed and intensity, providing resistance from approximately 10 to 200 lbs.
Designed for strength, cardiovascular, and muscular endurance training, the RX2200 can also be incorporated into functional training for sports such as MMA, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and grappling. Its compact design and integrated transport wheels allow the machine to be repositioned or stored when needed.
