The Ropeflex Rowing Machine RX3200 combines endless rope training with a multi-function sliding seat to provide both upper- and lower-body strength and cardiovascular exercise. The seat can move freely for rowing-style rope pulls or be secured in a stationary position for upper-body-focused training. Users can also step off the machine and perform upright rope pulling exercises for additional workout variety.
DSS progressive resistance automatically responds to pulling speed and intensity, providing resistance from approximately 15 to 275 lbs. With multiple seat positions, digital workout tracking, and the ability to store the machine upright, the RX3200 provides several training options within a versatile rope training system.
