The Synergee 1” Barbell is ideal for novice lifters learning proper form and intermediate athletes perfecting their technique with lighter loads. Synergee offers three sizes to match your training style: a 4.7 ft bar weighing 5.58 kgs (12.3 lbs), a 6 ft bar weighing 7.5 kgs (16.5 lbs), and a 7 ft bar weighing 8.7 kgs (19.2 lbs).

Each bar features a 1” diameter grip and sleeves designed for standard plates with 1” openings, along with 1.2 mm diamond knurling for a secure hold. Built with a 50,000 PSI tensile strength and a 350 lb weight capacity, these bars are stiff with zero whip—making them an excellent choice for powerlifting movements where stability is key.

1" Grip Barbell

With a 1” diameter, the Synergee 1" Barbell offers a great option for new and elementary lifters. This barbell is much lighter than Olympic barbells, so you can perfect your form at a safer weight. The 1" diameter provides an easy grip and compatibility with 1" standard weight plates.

Corrosion-Resistant, Chrome Finish

To increase the lifespan of this steel barbell, it has been coated end-to-end in chrome. Less oxidation and wear mean your bar can better stand the test of time, reps and gains.

This 1” bar is a little lighter and a little shorter than your average Olympic barbell, yet still delivers a serious lifting experience with a 1.2 mm diamond knurl, 50 000 PSI tensile strength rating, and a weight capacity of 350 lbs.
