The Synergee Safety Squat Bar adds stability and comfort to your squat workouts! The padding adds comfort for your neck and shoulders, while the cambered position allows for a more upright squat that places less pressure on your lower back. This bar will target your glutes and quads while allowing for a greater range of motion and more gains!

This safety squat bar is fitted with handles to combat the limitations of shoulder mobility. The handles are 15" in length with 5" of grip space and a 30 mm diameter. At either end, the sleeves of the bar provide 13" of loadable length. In total, the bar is 87” long, and the max capacity is 750 lbs.

From back squats to front squats, zercher squats to good mornings, to split squats and lunges, this bar can provide a great workout and an opportunity to improve your form and strength. 

Ergonomic Design

The Synergee Safety Squat Bar is outfitted with so many ergonomic features, it’s hard to keep count! The cambered bar allows for the bar to sit high on your back with the weights at a lower position for an upright squatting position. The handles provide a comfortable grip for the shoulders and wrists, while the neck and shoulder padding reduces uncomfortable rubbing. This bar is designed to make you squat with better form and more comfort!

Expertly welded for a smooth cambered form, the bar features 58.5" of straight bar that flows into 13" of loadable sleeve length on each side

Grip Handles

Two 15” handles extend from the center of the bar and are set 13” apart to fit your shoulders to provide a comfortable upper body position during squats, lunges, good mornings, and more! The final 5” of each handle is to provide a comfortable grip that keeps your bar securely in place. Your shoulder and wrist mobility will no longer keep you from achieving the gains your body is capable of!
