Each Cardio Pump Set comes with a Cardio Pump Bar that has a comfortable foam grip, a pair of Quick-Clip Collars, and a pair of each of the following PVC weight plates: 2.5 lb, 5 lb, and 10 lb. 

About the Plates and Bar:

The triangle shape of the plates minimizes rolling, while integrated handles provide a secure grip for easy loading and unloading. Each plate is covered to help protect your floors and is specifically designed to fit a 1 ⅛″ Cardio Pump Bar. The included bar measures 55″ in length, featuring a 1 ½″ shaft diameter and 1 ⅛″ plate sleeves for perfect compatibility.
