York Barbell stands true to its spirit as an industry pioneer with the Bumper Grip Plates. Inspired by the York® Iso-Grip Plates, the York® Bumper Grip plates embrace the maneuverability of the three-grip design. The steel composite hub fortifies the structural integrity of the plates. The rim of the plate is surrounded by high-quality rubber ensuring the functionality and floor protection expected from a bumper plate.

The 5 and 10 lb plates are made from cast aluminum and measure the same standard diameter as the 25, 35, and 45 lb plates.

All Bumpers are sold in singles and pairs.
