York Barbell stands true to its spirit as an industry pioneer with the Bumper Grip Plates. Inspired by the York® Iso-Grip Plates, the York® Bumper Grip plates embrace the maneuverability of the three-grip design.

The steel composite hub fortifies the structural integrity of the plates. The rim of the plate is surrounded by high-quality rubber ensuring the functionality and floor protection expected from a bumper plate. The 5 and 10 lb plates are made from cast aluminum and measure the same standard diameter as the 25, 35, and 45 lb plates.
