York Barbell FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option for Power Cage (with weight carriage)
The FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option turns the FTS Power Cage into a multifunctional rack and cable machine. It allows you to perform various exercises on the lat pulldown or low row.
The weight carriage pegs accommodate 1" standard size plates, and if you want to utilize 2" Olympic size plates, you must use the FTS 2" Olympic Weight Bar Adapter Sleeves.
