The York Barbell FTS Power Cage is part of York’s light commercial-grade line of equipment—Fitness Training Series. Ideal for home gyms, it’s also suitable for small studio gyms or schools.

Features

• Adjustable Bar Hooks: Includes multiple bar hooks that can be moved easily to support a wide range of exercises, both inside and outside the cage.

• Safety Bars: Moveable safety bars provide additional security during lifts performed inside the cage.

• Chin-Up Bar: A built-in chin-up bar offers additional exercise options.

• Exercises: Squats, bench presses, military presses, curls, shrugs, and more.

Optional Add-Ons:

FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option (48054) – This option turns the FTS Power Cage into a multi-function rack and cable machine. It allows you to perform various exercises on the lat pulldown or low row. The weight carriage pegs accommodate 1" standard size plates.

FTS 200 lb Weight Stack Conversion Kit (48056) – This option turns the weight carriage featured on the FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option into a selectorized weight stack with 200 lbs of weight. To use this Weight Stack Conversion Kit with the FTS Power Cage, the FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option must also be purchased as it is the base of the cable attachment for the FTS Power Cage. It cannot be used for the FTS Power Cage without the FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option.

FTS 2″ Olympic Weight Bar Adapter Sleeve (48010) – This option can be used on the FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option to allow 2" Olympic size plates to be utilized on the weight carriage pegs.

FTS Plate Storage Attachment (48055) – The FTS Plate Storage Attachment attaches to both sides of the FTS Power Cage to provide additional storage for your York Barbell plates. The four storage pegs accommodate 1" standard size plates. If you want to utilize 2" Olympic size plates, you must use the FTS 2" Olympic Weight Bar Adapter Sleeves.
