The TAG Fitness Power Sled is designed for versatile conditioning and strength training with push, pull, and drag functionality for a wide range of workout styles. Suitable for both indoor turf and outdoor use, the sled features multiple handle and attachment options to accommodate different training positions and movement variations. Olympic-sized weight plate compatibility allows users to adjust resistance based on their training needs.

Available options include the sled by itself or a sled and harness package for additional pulling exercises.
