Adjustable press arms, converging motion, and ergonomic contact points work together to support balanced upper-body development while promoting a natural pressing path. The gas-assisted arm adjustments and adjustable seat pad make it easy to achieve proper positioning, while the independent arm movement allows each side to move separately for more balanced strength development and improved training control.
