The Synergee Landmine Platform offers a secure pivot point for your barbell, protecting your walls and bar while reducing the risk of slipping. It’s the safest solution for performing compound, single-anchor barbell exercises. Weighing just 12.5 lbs, the platform supports up to 350 lbs unbolted and over 750 lbs when bolted firmly to the floor.
It features two sleeves: a 10” sleeve compatible with Olympic barbells and a 5.7” sleeve for 1” standard bars. Simply insert your barbell to perform compound lifts that follow natural movement patterns. This ground-based rotational training tool helps develop strength, stability, control, and full-body power. It also includes a built-in anchor point for battle rope training.
