BenchK 223W Wall Bars
The BenchK 223W Wall Bars include a pull-up bar, dip station, and workout bench, offering a full-body workout in a space-efficient design. Crafted with precision, this multifunctional equipment seamlessly fits into homes, offices, and commercial spaces. it can be used for stretching and also resistance training when paired with straps or resistance bands.
Features
The pull-up bar is securely mounted at the top of the wall bars and features six non-slip handles various grip pull-ups.
The dip bar station includes armrests and back support made from integral polyurethane foam, ensuring durability, easy maintenance, and a modern appearance. The dip bar is adjustable to the user’s height or can be removed entirely if needed.
The reversible bench features an additional seat and four leg support rollers, all made from high-quality polyurethane (PU). It allows for a variety of abdominal, dumbbell and barbell exercises.
The steel profiles measure 40 x 50 mm (1½″ x 2″) with a thickness of 2 mm (0.08″). The wooden rungs are hand-oiled with organic, linen-based oil that is food-contact safe.
Installation
An assembly kit is included. Please note that the wall mounting set is sold separately and should be selected based on the type of wall where the bars will be installed. Wall mounting is not suitable for plasterboard walls.
Installation on Wooden Stud Walls:
Use the BenchK WHW+S8.
Installation on Various Brick, Concrete, Stone Wall Types:
Use Fischer Expansion Plugs with BenchK Wall Bar Screws available in BenchK Wall Mounting Sets. Minimum required wall thickness is 4.72″ for this type of installation.
