The Body-Solid Bar Stand BSTOBS is a practical Olympic bar attachment designed to simplify plate loading and unloading during deadlifts and other floor-starting lifts. By attaching directly to an Olympic bar, it functions as a built-in bar jack, raising the bar 10” off the ground to create sufficient plate-to-floor clearance. Built with a heavy-duty bolt-on design and solid steel construction, it’s especially well suited for dedicated deadlifting bars.
