A 5.5″ backlit LCD display tracks key workout metrics including Time, Distance, RPM, Pulse, Level, Watts, Speed, and Calories, keeping users engaged and informed throughout each session. With 22 built-in programs—such as Heart Rate Control and Watt Control modes—the E55SG allows workouts to be tailored toward specific goals.

An integrated water bottle holder with accessory storage adds convenience, while transport wheels make the elliptical easy to move and position. The E55SG also runs on a self-generating power system, eliminating the need for external electricity and making it an eco-friendly addition to any home gym environment.
