These Mini Bands by Synergee can be used by anyone for a multitude of purposes: strength and conditioning, muscle toning, stretching, Pilates, rehabilitation and more. Each band is made from high-grade latex and is constructed to maintain their elasticity after years of use. Their compactness makes them great for home gym use or athletes who frequently travel.

These physical therapist approved, professional-grade bands can be used for everyday workouts and recovery. Mini bands are used by personal trainers, athletes, and physical therapists alike for low impact, high-reward exercises!

Choose from a variety of color-coded resistance options in sets of 10, or opt for a complete set of five—one of each resistance level.

Mini Band Guide:

• Yellow (Light): 5–20 lbs resistance, 0.7 mm thick

• Green (Medium): 20–35 lbs resistance, 0.9 mm thick

• Blue (Heavy): 35–40 lbs resistance, 1.1 mm thick

• Black (Extra Heavy): 40–45 lbs resistance, 1.3 mm thick

• Red (Extra Extra Heavy): 45–50 lbs resistance, 1.5 mm thick
