The York Barbell STS Counter-Balanced Smith Machine is designed to provide controlled, stable movements for a variety of strength training exercises like squats, overhead presses, and bench presses when paired with a bench. Its counter-balanced system lowers the starting resistance, accommodating users with varying fitness levels.

This smith machine is made with 11-gauge, 2" x 3" and 3" x 3" structural steel tubing and also features rubber floor contacts. It's finished with a scratch-resistant electrostatic powder-coat.
