Resistance bands are a great tool for working on strength and increasing flexibility. The new USA Sports X-Bands offer an alternative way to train your muscles while on the go and at home.

This pack comes with 4 bands of different resistance levels, 2 handles, 2 ankle straps, and 1 door anchor. When used with a strong closed door, the door anchor can allow for the same function you would get from a cable pulley system, but with bands. It can be used from the bottom, middle, or top of the door.

If you want to to add something even more unique to your workout, use the X-Bands with the  VTX Flat/Incline/Decline Bench. The bench has built in band hooks that keep rehab, bench work and strength/flexibility routines new and exciting.
