York Barbell 7' International Black Oxide 1500 lb Olympic Bar 30 mm

The York Barbell 7' International Black Oxide Olympic Bar is finished with a black oxide coating and features hard chrome sleeves. The black oxide finish has an aggressive grip and the steel for the bar is made in the USA with a minimum tensile strength of 175,000 PSI. You can lift heavy knowing this bar can handle up to 1,500 lbs of weight.

It is less flexible, more rigid, and excellent for use when performing static, highly controlled, slow movements such as the squat, bench press, and deadlift. It is also a great weight bar for Olympic lift training. The sleeves are secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin, and are machined to a precise 1.975” diameter to accommodate 2” Olympic plates.
