York Barbell 5' International Chrome Olympic Bar

The York Barbell 5' International Chrome Olympic Bar features a design that replaces the outdated bolt-and-sleeve assembly. This bar is crafted from North American steel and features a minimum tensile strength of 100,000 PSI.

With less flex and greater rigidity, it’s ideal for static, controlled movements like squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. It is also suitable for Olympic lift training. The sleeves are secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin. Sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975” diameter to accommodate 2” Olympic Plates.
