The Intek Strength Modular Functional Bar is a heavy-duty open-ended trap bar. It is ideal for deadlifts, lunges, single leg RDL's, farmer carries, yoke carries, overhead press, simulation of a safety squat bar and more.

The Modular Functional Bar fits in standard size racks and features two 4" raised handles that are knurled and 1.25" in diameter for a solid grip.
