York Barbell 7' International Chrome 1500 lb Olympic Bar 30 mm

The York Barbell 7' International Chrome Olympic Bar has a signature design that replaces the outdated bolt-and-sleeve assembly. This bar has been manufactured from North American made steel, with a minimum of tensile strength of 170,000 PSI. It also boasts a 1,500 lb weight capacity so you can train heavy with confidence.

It is less flexible, more rigid, and excellent for use when performing static, highly controlled, slow movements such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. It is also an excellent weight bar for Olympic lift training. The sleeve is secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin. Sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975” diameter to accommodate 2” Olympic Plates.
