The York Barbell Men's 20 kg Elite Olympic Training Bar is made using North American steel and has a 190,000 PSI after heat treating. It is a great choice for Olympic style movements such as the snatch and clean and jerk.

It features ferrous bushings for smooth and consistent rotation. The sleeve is secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin. They are precisely machined to 1.975" to fit 2" Olympic plates. The bar is also calibrated to Olympic specifications.
