Thick Outer Lip

The thick outer lip creates a wider gripping surface, making plates easier to pick up and carry. This added grip is especially valuable for heavier plates, where secure handling matters most. When the plate rests flat on the floor, the raised lip provides leverage, allowing you to easily slide your fingers underneath and lift it off the ground.
